Thank you for shopping with Shark FlexStyles. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased through our website.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST)
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Shark FlexStyles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shark FlexStyles is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
RETURNS DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
