OVERVIEW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shark FlexStyles. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return request.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sharkflexstyle.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@sharkflexstyle.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
